How Resquinorak Handles Your Personal Data

How we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use this service.

  1. What information we collect and why

When you use this service, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when you sign up for updates — as well as technical information about how you interact with the site, including pages visited, time spent and the device and browser you are using. We collect this information to operate and improve the service, to send you the communications you have requested and to understand how the tool is being used so that we can develop it further.

We do not collect sensitive financial information such as account details, portfolio holdings or personal investment records. The research questions and analysis you work through using the tool are processed to provide the service to you and are not used for any other commercial purpose. We handle all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  2. How we use and share your information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about updates and new content where you have asked us to, and to monitor the technical performance of the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, hosting and email delivery providers — but only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data processing agreements.

If you have signed up for email updates, you can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every communication we send. Following unsubscription, we will retain only the minimum information necessary to honour your preference and comply with our legal obligations.

  3. Your rights and how to contact us

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances and to object to or restrict certain types of processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

To exercise any of these rights or to ask a question about how we handle your personal data, please contact us at contact@resquinorak.com. We will respond to all legitimate requests within the timeframes required by applicable law and will always aim to resolve your query as clearly and promptly as possible.
